Based on our services, we offer virtual assistants and highly trained medical staff who have previously worked with different kinds of medical specialties and EMRs. From private practice to larger medical groups. Our virtual assistants are highly vetted, trained and able to adapt to your specific workflows.

Our virtual assistants are subjected to a strict application and interview process. They are specially vetted for their ability to work in a remote medical environment.

We carry out background checks on each of them and certify them to be able to work with your practice.

Our virtual assistants can help with live charting, transcription, back office tasks, phone calls and more. Anything you can do on a computer, you can probably have one of our VA’s do the job. They can do referrals, refill requests, faxing, phone calls, insurance verifications, prior authorizations, eligibility, call patients/insurance companies, and much more.

Our pricing structure is simple. We offer at an hourly rate depending on the services you choose which would then be billed to you bi-weekly. (Please see our Pricing Page).

The only additional (if necessary) costs would be for our HIPAA-compliant Zoom video conferencing license. This is used to connect via audio / video to your device in a HIPAA complaint setting.

HIPAA-compliant Zoom license costs anywhere from $15.00 / Month to $50 / Month, without contracts – directly through Zoom.

Generally, an in-house medical staff with some medical experience would come to you at a cost of an hourly rate of $18.00 - $20.00 and above, minimum. Not only that, you would also need to provide them with additional benefits which then adds up to their fixed salary. These additional benefits along with the fixed salary would be a huge cost to your practice compared to just hiring our experienced Virtual Medical Individuals, as you would only pay for their hourly rate billed to you monthly.

With an In-Person Assistant, you will have to pay a minimum of $18.00 - $20.00 / hour and above compared to the low pricing offered to you for our  Virtual / Remote Assistant. Plus additional employee benefits as explained in our previous Question 5. Your productivity will also  increase when it comes Virtual / Remote Assistants as they will be assigned only for a particular physician / provider, compared to an In-Person Assistant where they might be shared to perform other in-office jobs within a practice.
